The staff of
All-State Career is dedicated to assisting students
in successfully completing their career training programs. The
following are
brief descriptions
of the services provided by various departments.
Administration
All-State Career's School Director is responsible
for overseeing all operations of the school including Admissions,
Business Office, Education, Financial Aid and Career Services.
Admissions
All-State Career's Admissions Office offers
personalized evaluations of and consultations with each
individual applicant.
We pride ourselves on helping students select the most appropriate
career programs that will ensure success with their educational
goals.
Financial Aid Department
Tuition financing plans are tailored to
the needs of each individual student. Financial aid is available
to those students who qualify. The Financial Aid Department
assists students in understanding the application process and
eligibility requirements for various federal, state and/or
private sources of student financial aid. Once enrolled, students
receiving financial aid are encouraged to use the Department's
services, including questions or documents received at the
student's home. All-State Career's Financial Aid Department
is available
to assist students with managing their loans from inception
to
final payoff.
Business Office
The Business Office receives all payments.
The Business Office will issue a receipt to the student whenever
a payment is received. Any questions you may have regarding
the status of your tuition and fees should be addressed to
the Business Office. Students are encouraged to utilize the
services provided by the Business Office to ensure that their
accounts maintain a current status.
Education Department
All-State Career's instructors are chosen for their
demonstrated competency in the fields of education, training
and technical expertise. They share with the School Director
the conviction that students learn best in an atmosphere of
professionalism, warmth and concern for the individual.
The Education Department assists any student experiencing
academic problems. Students who have difficulties with course
work are urged to request assistance from the class instructor.
The Registrar is responsible for maintaining accurate and complete
student records, including attendance, course schedules, grades,
advisements and transcripts. A Program Coordinator or Lead
Instructor supervises curriculum, faculty and students in each
department.
In addition, students receiving unemployment benefits or scholastic
funding through a special program are expected to maintain
close contact with the Education Department in order to assure
timely completion of necessary paperwork to avoid any interruption
in benefits.
Career Services
The primary role of the Career Services
Department is to assist graduates in successfully acquiring
entry-level positions, which match their capabilities and
training experience and offer potential for future growth.
Placement
assistance is also available to All-State Career alumni
